About Salwa Real Estate

Salwa Real Estate is the Pakistan arm of Salwa Properties, a Dubai based property advisory. We help local and overseas buyers purchase residential and investment property in Karachi, with the same guidance and market insight our clients rely on in the UAE.

What we do

We advise on off plan and ready property across DHA Karachi, HMR Waterfront and Bahria Town Karachi. We only list developments we have checked ourselves, and we stay with a buyer from first enquiry through to possession.

Buying from overseas

A large share of our buyers are Pakistanis living abroad. We handle remote purchase, documentation and handover, and we explain the full cost before anyone commits to anything.
